You can request the deletion of your Kooroo PTE account and all associated personal data at any time. We will action your request within 30 days.
How to request deletion
Choose either of the following methods:
- Email us — send a message to support@kooroopte.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days.
- In-app option— when available in a future release, you will be able to delete your account directly from the app's Profile settings.
Please send your request from your registered email address so we can verify your identity and action the correct account.
What gets deleted
When we process your deletion request we permanently remove:
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your profile information (name, email address, and any details you provided during sign-up or onboarding).
- Your study data — track preferences, target score, exam date, commitment level, accent choice, and study plan.
- Any practice session history and progress records held on our servers.
Data stored only on your device (such as locally-cached study preferences) will remain on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data. We have no ability to remotely delete device-local data.
Removing your waitlist email
If you signed up to the waitlist and would like your email address removed, email support@kooroopte.com with the subject “Waitlist removal”.
