This Privacy Policy explains how Ovream AI(“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Kooroo PTEmobile application (“the App”) or visit the Kooroo PTE website (kooroopte.com, “the Site”), including when you join the waitlist. By using the App or the Site you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
Kooroo PTE is a practice platform for the Pearson Test of English (PTE Academic and PTE Core), operated by Ovream AI. For any privacy question, contact us at support@kooroopte.com.
2. Information we collect
2a. On the website and waitlist

If you decline analytics, no Google Analytics data is collected. You can change your consent at any time by clearing site data or contacting us.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising identifier, financial information, or health data. The App contains no advertising.
3. How we use your information
- To operate the waitlist and notify you when the product launches.
- To create, authenticate, and manage your app account.
- To provide and personalise the App's practice and study-plan features.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To understand how the Site and App are used (analytics, with consent on the Site).
- To keep the Site and App secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Third-party services
We use a limited set of trusted providers to run the Site and App:
- Google Sign-In / Firebase (Google LLC)— used for optional Google sign-in and core app services. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC)— used on the Site only, with Consent Mode v2. Denied by default; activated only with your consent. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Our email provider — used to receive waitlist submissions sent from the Site.
- Our backend hosting — your account data is stored on our secured servers and transmitted only over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
5. How we store and protect your data
All data sent between your device (or browser) and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Authentication tokens are held in your device's encrypted secure storage. We retain your account data for as long as your account exists, and waitlist email addresses until the product launches or you request deletion.
6. Your rights & deleting your data
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email support@kooroopte.com from your registered email address, or use kooroopte.com/delete-account. To remove your email address from the waitlist, email us at support@kooroopte.com with the subject “Waitlist removal”. We will action all deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Children
Kooroo PTE is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. International users
Kooroo PTE serves learners in Australia, the UK, Canada, India and other regions. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own; we apply the protections described in this policy wherever your data is processed.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App and Site evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, notified in-app or by email.
